Take 5 Oil Change

I came to this place because I had a cupon, however I decided to get the 99 dollars oil change. We'll I ended up paying 133 dollars even with the cupon! The guy said that the regular price was $155 I asked him to give me a recipt however he said his printer was not working, that I will receive it over my email. I never received anything. They ***ARE A TOTAL SCAM*** I don't think they even changed the oil filter.

Three stars isn't necessarily a bad review. They did a great job. I was in and out relatively quickly. I was the only vehicle there and got my oil changed as well as a coolant exchange. While everyone was very kind and nice to work with, I felt super off here. Almost as if I was a bother on a quiet day. I know that most likely wasn't the intention, but I've never felt that way at a Take 5. I find the Roanoke shop to be more consistent with customer service and standard procedures. Inconsistency ---> -1 star. The only actual complaint I do have is that they need to check that everything is back in order before closing the hood. My dipstick was left out, and it caused a check engine light not too long after I left the shop. Because my 2021 Buick can be an absolute lemon, I wasn't necessarily surprised. However, going through the trouble of diagnosing the vehicle, and slightly going insane due to a code that could literally mean anything-- I opened my hood to see my dipstick wasn't even in, causing a lean fuel code. As annoying as it was, I'm super happy that the dipstick was the issue and not something expensive. Quality of work ---> -1 star. However, they DID get the job done a

I had such a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Loop 288 this morning! I came in first thing on a Monday, and there was absolutely no wait, they got me serviced right away. Jose and Jordan were both incredibly friendly and professional. They even offered me a nice cold bottle of water while they worked, which was such so thoughtful. The entire process, from start to finish, took about 10 minutes. That included not just the oil change, but also checking and topping off washer fluid, brake fluid, and airing up my tires. Super thorough and impressively fast. Customer service like this is hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back to this specific location every time. Highly recommend!

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I went to get my oil changed on my lunch break and only had 30 min left. Within that time frame they changed my oil, flushed my coolant and on top of that they made sure fill the air in all of my tires and cleaned my windshield without me asking them to do so! They have a great group of guys there! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you all for your great service!

Most of these reviews are false. I had a great experience at this location! Greeted with water , fast oil change & friendly staff! Antwan & his team are great! They got me in and out in a timely manner. Changed my cabin air filter got me new coolant in my car aired my tires up and cleaned my windows! I’ll definitely be back to this location because not all of them are like the 288 location! Great job team!
